So we’ve been in beta for a few months now, and are finally getting a better handle on things… which includes listening to our user’s recommendations and <clears throat> complaints.

So,  we are implementing some updated policies and rules to keep things moving along:

1. All games being sold MUST include an original manual (along with the previously required original case and box art). If a game is received without its manual, it will be returned to the user and payment will be refunded.
2. All buyers are now guaranteed to receive a manual with their game.
3. Standard Shipping for buyers is now $2.50 per game.
4. We were hoping to announce and launch our forums this week, but we’re still making some implementation tweaks, so we are delayed yet again.

These policies will go into effect today, Monday Sept 14th.
